Chest pain
I have had this cough for ahout 2 years now off and on as far as savarity. The mucas is now very thick white w bubbles and sometimes black chunks. Also my left chest, back and under armpit have a sharp stabbing pain. I am 35 yrs old and have been a smoker for about 15years now. I am 5 foot 7 inches and 130lbs. My diet is half healthy and half terrible.

Stop smoking. Get CT scan of chest, and cough examination for culture and AFB, consult a chest physician.
