  3. Chest pain. Please advise?

Chest pain
I have chest pain it is more with sneezing. i have gone through ECG last month and Chest X ray 2 months back and they were ok. But i still feel that i am not able to walk properly due to this. plus it does not look like gastric issue. I have already take the attached medicine mentioned in the prescription.Please advise???
