I have been suffering from chest pain for many days i dont know whether it is because of gas or not . i used to spit many times in a day while spitting it hurts ,i am getting pain not on the chest but inside chest so what is this why am i getting this is there any symptoms along with this please reply me and also tell me whom to consult
