I got coronary angiogram it was completely normal but report said normal epicardial coronary arteries with myocardial bridging in LAD.

Nothing to worry you do not have any Heart Attack or heart related problem whatsoever normal epicardial arteries means that the blood supply to all parts of your heart is intact and and normal and and the pain which you are having is not related to your heart can be musculoskeletal or gastritis
