Chest pain
I am having mild cheat pain for a very long time. Also cracking sound comes from my chest and collar bone whenever I squeeze it.. I feel tired and dizzying even after having a good sleep.. initially I thought it is because of smoking but now it's almost a month i have quit smoking things are same .. also I feel light headed sometimes

Cracking sound suggest musculoskeletal origin and not from heart. Smoking is always injurious to health, hence I suggest to not to start again. Still, I would advise to get ECG and 2D echo cardiography done to better rule out cardiac cause
