Chest pain
I am having a chest pain at the top middle par of my chest , I just started having these pains ( in the morning of 4th Jan ) and it escalated to a painful bare Abel pain . The pains I am having hurt severely when I m lying down but when I am sitting or standing the pain is less compared to the throbbing pain , even if I bend a little it starts paining . The thing is I am not getting answers for my age group , I always end up with old age chest disease so I don't know what I am going through . I want to know all the possibilities of what I might be suffering through ( even if it is like some cancer ) . Plz help !!!!

Hi there... Get an ECG done for safer side...your symptoms may be due to reflux esophagitis...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
