Chest Pain
I am 31 yrs old boy. 25-30 days ago i had severe cough.. i used to feel some mucus sticked to my throat which felt irritating. To get rid of throat sticked mucus i used to cough with full force emphasising force on throat and mucus used to come out But In the mean time chest pain developed below my right nipple. if i am lying on bed and try to get up i feel the pain, generally in the morning after a overnight sleep i get up from bed and feel it. if i am sitting on chair and move my upper body on certain angle it pains. Though with time the intensity of pain has deminished but a light pain is still there, also very little cough is still there. Though the pain is not very light now but still it's matter of high concern that even after 25-30 days it's on. what it could be doctor sir...?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  The problem is that you coughed so hard in order to remove the sputum. The pain will come down and go away with time. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
