Chest pain, Hernia, Belching
Hi, i am suffering from constant burping, pain in centre of chest, bloating etc. from past many years. Recently through endoscopy i am diagnosed with Hiatus Hernia and Weak LES. My food use to come up if i eat and sleep. But now i have changed my lifestyle and do not eat hours before sleep. Bed elevation etc. I am taking PPI from last 6 months but as soon as i stop taking i get my symptoms back badly. Can you please suggest should i go for surgery? Should i go for different medicine than PPI and
