Hi! Firstly you need to get your thyroid profile and hemoglobin checked as that could be causing easy fatigue. And we also have to rule out the cause of low hemoglobin than only we could treat it efficiently most likely it would be due to iron definciency if you do not have any bleeding. For that please get a general blood picture with complete blood counts done. And have you got your cholesterol levels(lipid profile) done before as dislipidemia is quite common in patients with thyroid which might be causing fatty liver that may be a cause of pain or simply dyspepsia or acidity could also be the reason and i would also suggest you to get an ultrasound whole abdomen done to rule out cholelithiasis that is stone in gall bladder.in the meanwhile you can take Rx Cap pan-L before breakfast Tab aciloc in the evening Tab drotin ds for pain Syp ranidom o 2 tsf thrice a day half hr before every meal and should be taken without water Investigations Cbc with gbp Thyroid profile Lipid profile Usg (w/a)
Next Steps
Review after getting the investigations done
Health Tips
Avoid spicy oily food and eat healthy Regular walk or exercise for atleast half hr for 5/7 days Also monitor your blood pressure and blood sugars
