Having chest Pain since past three days. Was admitted to hospital and Ecg did not show changes. Then again ecg was done and it showed changes. Sh troponin level was 4000. Doctors asked to shift to Icu and recommended angiography. We are confused why the ecg reports were different both times and want a Second opinion. Thanks.

Ecg changes may not be evident enough to make a diagnosis of myocardial infarction at the first point of time. Since second ecg showed changes and troponin were elevated the diagnosis of myocardial infarction is right!
