Chest pain,gas problem weakness,dizIness

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I have been suffering from chest pain, weakness, weight loss,low appetite,dizziness etc. 2 months back as per X Ray and CECT it get diagoned that I am suffering from Tuberculosis. After medication weight has slightly increase from 51 kg to 53 kg and low appetite issue has also solved and TB medicine is still going on. But the issue is that chest pain is still occurrence at some time and weakness is also

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. .tab. renerve-plus once a day after food for 15 days. .drink plenty of fluids.
