She faints, and have cold sweats, left arm becomes weak or numb. Difficulty in breathing- her BP is 140/80 next is 130/80

Hello..... If she is not a known patient of hypersentension, increase in blood pressure could be secondary to increased sympathetic activity... Detailed examination and investigation is required .it could be due to hypoglycemia, myocardial infarction, panic attack,syncopal attack or some other causes... Take her to general physician.
