  4. Chest Pain ECG. Comment on attached ecg.

Yesterday and day before yesterday had mild squeezing type feeling coming and going in chest and left hand. Already taking Concor Am 5 for hypertension. Today morning took ECG and physician told to see cardiologist as there are abnormal Q waves and due to symptoms. Kindly comment on attached ECG.
