Chest pain due to lack of sleep
I am 32 male, student, I have hypertension. I am on Cardace Meto 2.5 and Ecosprine AV 75. Whenever i sleep late(after 3 am to 5 am), when I wake up i feel slight pain in chest, back, left arm. Sometimes even dizziness. But when I check blood pressure its always upto 140/80. ECG is normal. BSL is normal. I have even done 2D echo and took a TMT stress tests and both are normal. My cholesterol levels are normal. It doesn't even feel like acidity. I am very annoyed with this occurrence which has no solution. When I sleep well, I don't feel any of this. What do I do?

As you said sound sleep of atleast 6-7 hours is essential for normal functioning of our system. Try to sleep for atleast 6-7 hours a day. You can stop Ecosprin AV. Regularly exercise for atleast 30 mins a day .
