Chest pain due to excersice
I joined gym to reduce my weight , one of the excersice was to stand in squat and rotate my arms by carrying a rope while doing that excersice I had severe pain near my chest till now When Iam idle I didn't feel any pain but while climbing steps and jumping I feel killing pain near my left chest and Iam not able to bare it Even while walking fast I could feel the pain Not able to do any work and Iam feeling stressed due to this please do help me
