Chest pain
Dear Doctor I am 43 years old and have been having hypertension for the last 10  years. Due to chest pain i have done ECG, TMT and 2 D echo, every thing normal except mild LVH with LVEF 60%. Blood pressure is 130/90. Why i am suffering chest pain, (due to lower back pain on flexura D for 5 days and Nucoxia MR for 5 days in recent past) I

It could be non cardiac chest pain. Need to evaluate your symptoms in detail to guide you better. Not all cardiac pain needs to be related to the heart.
