Hi Doc, My son is 3 years old and from last mid night he have fever 102 and he is saying chest pain along with cold. Pls help to assist since today is Sunday and all docs are on holiday.

Hi and thanks for posting us.Is he having running nose or blocked nose?Give Paracetamol for fever.If there is blocked nose give Nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops 3 times a day in each nostril.Where is the chest pain one sided or bilateral?Is child having cough?Give steam inhalation twice a day if there is nose block.Give warm liquids .Please share more details so that I can get back to you.Take care!
