Chest pain front when breathing , i had Pleural effusion , i was take medicine for 6 month , and out fluid , more then 8 month , but i still feel pain in chset when breathing

You might to repeat chest x-ray once again to see whether your are having fluid again
Some times even after fluid removal some times pain may persist due to healing. In that case might need Pain killers for a short course. Get yourself examined by pulmonologist once again
