Chest Pain
Can chest CT detect esophagus abnormalities? I m constantly in panic mode. Lungs are normal but has recurrent gas problems. Stool report and abdomen ultrasound is too normal. But somehow i could not get out of thoughts of something non curable

C.T can't detect inflammation , you may be suffering from GERD.Best is to go ahead with a upper Gastroscopy to rule out the same
