Chest pain and upper back pain and jalan
Hello sir
I have chest pain and upper back pain of few 3-4 months. 2 times ecg normal and X-ray also normal but I have pain and spread day by day any time start and off . No other problems like couge, fever, vomatting etc. so sir please suggestion for this problem.

If could be a muscular pain. However if the upper back pain persists, please show a orthopedic doctor. You may need an MRI of the spine.
