Chest pain and shoulder pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I had chest pain,uncomfort in.breathing,pain in.shoulder on 26.since.then post medication some tsts are done.like ecg and blood.tests...allappear to.be.mormal. similar pain.occured.pn.28 night.lasted for 10-15 min.since then.it is reducing.and.nowits.ok.what can.be the cuase sir. kindly.reply.
