I have been having chest pain and discomfort likd a burning for quite a few days... Went to dr...and they ordered a TMT and CT Angiogram. ...TMT came back negative...but angiogram report does mention something which wasn't explained by the doctor. Could your please interpret the report and tell me if it is something to worry about and is my doctor handling it well.

Hi, as per report one of the artery (distal LAD) supplies the heart travels inside heart muscle so during contraction (systole) of heart blood supply will be reduced and chest pain may occur.
