Chest pain and cough.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have been having chest pain and cough since last month.Dark yellow coloured cough comes out of my mouth,mostly when I wake up.Nose is clear,still there is congestion while breathing. (I smoke up cigarettes).I am too much facing weakness as it pains in the centre of my chest.
