I am having chet pain (left side) at evening times along with burping struggling from last six months and recently I found somthimg at anus no pain but observing blood when passing stool Please find the attached screen and suggest Symptoms : Left side chest pain, Bloating,  blood in stool , No stomach pain , no pain while passing stool
