Chest pain and breathlessness
I have pinch like pain in my heart area. Difficulty in breathing. My chest area feels like it's being squeezed or being pressed. I can't take proper breaths and get breathless without even doing anything. The pain is on and off. Even if I laugh it hurts. The breathlessness is more when I just wake up from naps or my sleep. All of this result to extreme tiredness in the body. My calves and shoulder area hurt much during this. It feels like I have worked the entire day whereas I can barely move around. When I googled the symptoms it came out to be angina as it matches pretty much. Can you suggest me some home remedies as during these times clinics are mostly shut. Thank you so much

Hello, This is not angina. This is a muscular pain. And you are just 19. Not a candidate to have angina. On too of this you seem to have anxiety depression. Do not worry its not heart related. My sincere advise not to google things and self diagnose that will only increase your anxiety Take care
