I need some more details like colour of blood...bright red or coffee coloured, do you have any dental issue?  Also examination of your oral cavity, Do you have a past history of TB? Blood with cough, chest pain and fever points towards a infective cause could be bacterial, TB or other infectious etiology, as well as non infectious etiology also.
Next Steps
get Chest X ray done, may require CT if x ray is normal.
