Hi. Need to know other details. How old is your husband? Does he have any other health issues like diabetes, hypertensiin? Does he smoke? How severe was the covid? What were the level of the inflammatory markers like CRP and D dimer at that time? Is the chest dicomfort brought in by physical activity If he has no other health issues, had a mild illness with covid, his blood tests had been normal then the heaviness may be part of post viral myalgia/body ache. Covid is know to cause fatigue, tiredness after the acute illness is over.
Next Steps
you can get an ECG done to be on the safer side. Check for Vitamin D and B12 levels to look for any deficiency.
Health Tips
Seek consultation with doctor for detailed history and evaluation
