Chest heaviness and ECG
My doctor ordered an ECG due to exertional chest heaviness, and the report mentioned "Slight ST depression V4." However, when my doctor reviewed the ECG, they said it was normal and suggested that half of my symptoms might be related to anxiety. Is this ST depression in V4 is a normal finding? I've attached my ECG image for reference. (My 2D echo also came back normal).

The above ECG attached is normal. However, if you are concerned about your heart health,, you can do further heart evaluation in the form of an echocardiogram and a stress treadmill test.
