Your had non cardiac pain. Don't worry for it.
Regarding lipids , you can follow diet pattern and physical excercise for 3 months to check check again and then decide on treatment.

Chest pain isn't benign though localised pain n non exertional . meaning pain not increasing on exercise is less likely to be cardaic in low risk patient ,but to be doubly sure get a tmt
