I think you have a vitamin deficiency Other problems can be also present but first checkyour Serum vitamin B 12 level and vitamin D level  there are so many psycho somatic symptoms related to these vitamin deficiency  and we don't get these through our diet properly . Is ecg echo and tmt are normal then this pain is not heart related. It can be muskuloskeletal or related to cervical spine.
