This report is suggestive of features of pulmonary edema presenting more so in dependent areas and in basal segments.
Next Steps
may need complete evaluation for the cause of pulmonary edema, which includes Liver function tests, Kidney function tests and a 2D ECHO if the former tests are negative. A thyroid profile test may also be insightful in correct clinical scenarios.
