On 9th March I have undergone a t m t and it was positive for inducible eschemia at that time my bp on starting was150/100.again I have done tmt on 21 st of march and it was negative for inducible eschemia..still I have the problem with heart that is sometimes lightning sensation and chest congestion .do I need to undergo any further cardiac investigations like angio or ct??

1) A negative TMT can become positive however a positive becoming negative is some thing I haven’t seen. Probably interpretation of your TMT is incorrect
2) Meet a good Cardiologist first and depending on his knowledge go ahead with further investigations
