Chest Congestion and Ear

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Having problems with chest Congestion and ear ache. Last week I caught cold but slowly started improving but yesterday I traveled to Delhi and had terrible earache on the flight. Though earache has subsided but I can feel some fluid motion inside my ear. Chest is full phlegm which is light green in colour. Having brozedex and Montair LC. Also took steam last night to relieve myself a bit. Please suggest medication and precautions.
