Chest and left hand pain

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi Doctor, I'm getting chest pain and left hand pain from two days i'm 27yrs, I had ECG and complete body checkup yesterday I got it normal. I'm really very scared . I even have severe gastric problem since 7 yrs,dont know whether this is the reason. I'm scared . I'm not able to sleep properly because I'm scared feeling like something will happen. I'm a software engineer when I forget about this pain i'm working happily, suddenly if I remember about my pain then I feel like shortness in breath

If x-ray and ecg are normal then this pain is mostly because of gastric acidity. 2nd causes are muscular pain. Check it b12 and vit d3 level also.
