Chest and abdomen pain

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Pain in chest and abdomen for 4 months now. It's aggravated now since start of Ramadhan. Pain comes and goes in chest, doesn't stay forever. Comes with burping and belching. Abdomen pain stays. Got ECG, 2D Echo and TMT done 11 months go - All normal. Got 2D Echo and ECG - Normal. Diagnosed with GERD, Endoscopy. Should I be worried about heart at all?

I think the pain that you’re experiencing is because of GERD and not due to your heart. Kindly continue the treatment for GRD and do not be worried about your heart.
