Your aesthetic concern is mainly due to the shape of your jaw bone and supporting structures like facial muscles. Health wise this should be of no issue to you. Concerned on appearance alone, you can choose to plan for aesthetic correction with the help of orthognathic surgery, which will require dedication and cooperation.
Next Steps
visit your orthodontist for evaluation and detailed explanation on how treatment can be carried forward.
Yes there are some orthognathic surgeries with which we can do that. But it's after complete clinical and radiographic evaluation.
So, consult your nearest orthodontist and the oral surgeon for the same.
Take care!

From the image provided, your upper face is completely normal however your lower jaw has a condition called micrognathia which in simple terms mean small jaw size that gives an appearance of 'bird face'. Final confirmation can be made with the help of appropriate radiographs.
Micrognathia can be the cause of misaligned teeth and in extreme cases difficulty in breathing. Not to worry though, there are orthodontic (braces) and orthognathic surgery available. A simple check up with a good orthodontist and maxillofacial surgeon will provide you with the best treatment suited for you!
