Changing of lip colour
Recently my upper pre molars(2 teeth on either side) was removed. so the doctor gave an ansthesia during the extraction of my teeth. nd now my doubt is does the given anasthesia have any side effects? and that anasthesia will change the lips colour to black?

Absolutely not. There is no such side effect of local anaesthesia. And definitely not on the lip colour.
