Changing from male to fem. I can take?

I am changing from male to female.  I had penis but no boobs,  but remaining body  just like female it transforming slowly from 4 years.  I had noticed it at starting stage but no one belived me.  Now it almost final stage i mean  mostly my body  changed.  As for ur understanding  take a female which is young at age without boobs and keep penis.  Thats how i look like.    Plz give a detailed  answer.   I am student now, so how many years i want to stop studying to takemedicine!  Does it really cure my problem! I completed my intermediate now wanna enter into higher studies. If i can get cure i can maximum can stop this year, only 1 year i can stop later i cant because i am personally weak now dont know what will happrn if i sit in home these many years. All my family suffering due to me. My father got sugar, bp, and his leg is full of black wounds, i think so leg is getting eat by sugar. So if there is medicine how many years i can take? One more thing my testosterone test shows normal
