Age 46 male not having sex for past 2.5 years.found red semen in clothes may be due to nocturnal emission two or three times in a gap of 8-10 days.last seen today brownish. please advice

Hello....... Normal semen is milky white in color.. Red color semen suggestive of blood mixed with semen.. It could hematuria ior inflammation of prostate, vesciculitis, seminal vesical cyst ,bleeding from urethra etc... Consult urologist, get an ultrasound scan done....
