Follow the guidelines as prescribed by your doctor, every treatment takes its specific time to show results do not get hyper if you feel it's not showing result. Only medication is not always the solution. You must start doing pranayam n yoga for anxiety relief. Do it early morning and also practice breathing exercises before you go to bed. This is the time to make own self internally strong. Read positive books or online as well. Hope this helps.
