I am 35 year old and having a daughter of 6 years old. I had symptoms of alternative heavy flow during mensuration, abdomen pain during mensus, little irregular (2-3 days,) during last 3-4 years. Doctor advised TVS and MRI. The major finding are as follows:
1. Uterus measures 9.1 x 6.2 x 5.2 cm. Focal significant thickening of posterior wall of uterus is seen suggestive of adenomyosis. Small fibroid of size approx. 8.4 x 8.0 mm is seen in left lateral wall. Endometrial thickness is 4.6 mm.
