Chances of pregnency

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I went through iui on 9 th november.my last period was on 30 th october.in general my period starts on 24-25 day.aftr iui on November 29 th I noticed spoting at night 9.00 it's been more than 12 hours I dint have the regular bleeding.it is very light.is the home pregnancy test is negative.is there any chances of pregnancy.
