Chances of Getting Pregnant

Hello, I am under medication for PCOS and taking Novelon tablets daily. First cycle is completed for 21 dats. I have started a second set of doses at 10May on the fifth day of my periods. I consume it at 1PM daily. On the night of 12 May, I had unprotected sex with my husband and took the next dose of Novelon on 13 May at 7PM. I have not missed any of the dose after that, but accidentally missed the dose at 1PM on 13 May. Is there any chance of getting pregnant?
