Chalzion in both eyes
It's been 5weeks I got stye devloped to chalzion. I have consulted a doctor in 3rd week and was advised to surgery for removal of chalzion in right eye since it's grown and visible from distance. Requested doctor to do medication only. Hence got two drops day and night with two oral medicines but no effect after one week medication. That ball on right eye is as it is though it's painless. Than consulted doctor Priyanka Ahuja on Practo three days back she advised two oral tablets , hot compress and eye lid massage , this right eye swollen area as dropped to little bit lower than central part of eye lid to edge of eye lid but size is same

It's only when a patient persistently insists and requests on conservative treatment instead of surgery that a doctor gives a trial of conservative treatment. It's better that you stick to one doctor and defer from multiple opinions.
Next Steps
Surgery is mandatory as advised by me earlier as well.

Sir conservative treatment and medical line of management works in initial period of the swelling if started early. As it's a long standing issue better to opt for a simple procedure of Chalazion Incision and Curettage.

Hi... If the bump has been for quite some time, it is less likely to go away with medication, especially when it has become painless. Hot fermentation may decrease the size in some , but mostly , does not go away. If it does...really your luck. Will recommend to do the procedure...it is a simple thing ..and more definitive treatment .
