Chalazion plus pain in eye
I'm getting Chalazion infection since one months it's like on and off I've been using pyrimon-DF eye drops it's not that effective 2 days back I started sudden pain in left eye and was not able to see the light from left eye And eye was slight red in color I put Pyrimon on-DF drop and redness and photosensitivity also gone Since mrng again my eye was lil swollen and I'm having slight pain but no redness and photosensitivity Kindly suggest me eye drops or ointment accordingly For chalazion and pain

Add hot fomentation.. if pain is still there then start anti inflammatory tabs .. if it still persists then plan it’s Surgical removal ..!

Don't use pyrimon drops Use occupol or polynase eye ointment twice a day inside the eyes Hot fomentation is must Tb enzoflam twice a day for 5 days after food If swelling still there use tb ciplox 500mg twice a day for 5 days

Pl use oral  Antibiotics and occupol eye drops. Hot phomentation. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment .
