Hot fomentation is the only thing which ‘may’ work other than surgery. Antibiotic ointments do not have a role in Chalazion.

Please start azithromycin ointment twice daily foe a week. However I will suggest you see a specialist as chalazion treatment needs more than hut warm compressions and antibiotic ointment . You need to see lid specialist (oculopalsty)

Chalazion generally does not resolve with antibiotics and warm compresses. It may need surgical procedure to get it removed.
