Cervix measured 2.7 in length at 18w5d
My wife cervical length at 13 weeks 4 day was 3.8 cms. At 18 weeks 5 day it is 2.7cms. is this normal? Please advise.

Cervical length is towards lower limit  Give her rest and get repeat usg done if it comes same then consult your doctor

Cervix is being taken up so it is okay only that it should not fall below 2.5 cm Take Capsule Susten 200 mg twice a day vaginum pessary for 2 weeks Continue iron and calcium supplements Injection Proluton depo 500 micrograms twice a week for 2 weeks

Cut off is 2.5 cm. U can either get the scan repeated with some other good radiologist to confirm or directly consult your GYNAECOLOGIST for further evaluation.
