Cervix cannot be visualised
I am 37 weeks pregnant, i had ultrasound yesterday, it's written Baby in cephalic position anterior placenta reaching fundus CERVIX CANNOT BE VISUALISED AND INTERNAL OS is closed. What does this mean? Also i am experiencing back and leg pain since 2 days? Am i near labour?

It means that your pregnancy is so big that it is occupying all the space in the abdomen and  cervix can't reach high enough to be visible. That is normal situation in every pregnancy in 9th month. You should go to your Gynaecologist. She can do an internal examination and find out the state of cervix. She will tell you if you are likely to have labour pains soon.
