end plate osteophytes. Mild reduction in the intervertebral disc height at CS-6
4)Minimal cervical spondylotic and disc degeneration uncovertebral osteophytosis and posterior facetopathy most prominent at C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 levels.
5)At C4-5 and C5-6 intervertebral level mild posterior central & paracentral disc protrusion indenting the ventral thecal sac and anterior surface of spinal cord without significant neural compression.
6)Cervical cord of normal MR Signal intensity. 7)The atlas and axial are normal with no atlantoaxial subluxation
8)No soft tissue prevertebral / paravertebral collection is seen.
