Good evening. After going through ur complaints stated above.i see that u have vertigo associated with weak neck muscles and may be associated early cervical spondylitis which can be confirmed by xray. Nature of ur work suggests that u will have repeated episodes of neck muscle fatigue which in turn leads to neck instability and vertigo results. Best solution lies in training strengthening of your neck shoulder and upper back muscles.stretching of tight scapular muscles. It is also advised that u should be doing eye coordination exercises along with neck exercise. U can use soft cervical collar during work and travel for relief. Please do consult senior physiotherapy specialist to have thorough evaluation of ur problem. Finally.based on ur age i can see that u will recover completely from ur problem.
